Pawelle is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

4. Products and Services

All Pawelle jewelry pieces are custom-made. As a result, there may be slight variations between product images and the final delivered items.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
We reserve the right to limit the sale of certain products or promotions.

5. Orders and Payments

Orders will only be processed once full payment is completed.
All payments are processed securely, and your credit card details are not stored in our system.
Pawelle is not responsible for issues arising from your bank or payment provider.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Since our products are custom-made, production usually takes 2–3 business days.
Estimated delivery times:

• Domestic orders: 2–5 business days

• International orders: 7–14 business days

Total delivery time typically averages 7–8 business days.
Delays caused by the shipping carrier are beyond our responsibility.

7. Returns and Exchanges

As all items are personalized, returns are not accepted.
However, in the case of a production defect or if you receive the wrong product, we will provide a free exchange or refund.
Orders that have not yet entered production can be cancelled and refunded.

8. User Accounts 

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
You are responsible for all activities carried out under your account.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website (images, texts, designs, logos) belongs to Pawelle.
It may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Pawelle shall not be held liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products.
We do not guarantee that our website will operate uninterrupted or error-free.
