Thank you for visiting and shopping at Pawelle. The following terms and conditions make up our Shipping Policy.
Processing Time
All orders are processed according to our detailed production workflow:

Design & Review (0–3 Days After Order):
Our designers carefully study your pet’s features to ensure every important detail is included in your personalized jewelry. -
Engraving & Quality Assurance (1–3 Days After Order):
Your custom piece is engraved on 925 sterling silver, polished, and packaged. Each item is prepared to meet our highest quality standards. -
Shipping & Delivery:
Once your jewelry passes quality control, it is handed over to the shipping carrier.
In general, orders are processed within 7–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Please note that during peak order periods, slight delays may occur.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s).
Tracking numbers will be activated within 24 hours.
Damages
We are not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and the damaged items before filing your claim.
